Trust Fund Beauty Lipgasm Lipstick Review & Swatches
When I first caught wind of Trust Fund Beauty expanding their line to include makeup, specifically lipstick (“lipgasm” lipstick, in fact), I done did lose my sh*t. Trust Fund Beauty has been a fave 100% vegan brand for some time now, so any news comin’ from them has got me like whoa. I already adore their nail polishes which are edgy, fun, 7-free, cruelty-free, and GORG with the fleekiest of fleek packaging. Gotta love their sassy and snarky sense of humor, too, which is reflected in their LOL-worthy product names like “Boy Tears” and “Bitches Who Brunch.” ←Hey, I’m one of those!
OK, let’s get back on track and focus on these new Trust Fund Beauty Lipgasm Lipsticks ($22). Thanks to the beauty gods, I managed to get my well manicured (#humblenot) lil’ paws on all 12 shades from their Lipgasm collection, and lemme tell ya, they are straight up eye candy! Peep fo’ yo’self!
The formula is super duper smooth, moisturizing, and easy to apply, yet it sets sort of like a matte lipstick (with no bleeding). Usually when swatching lippies, I gotta apply pressure and really work in a few swipes to pick up the true color, but these shades swatched effortlessly, probably more than any other lipstick I’ve tried. They smell very much like my Tinkerbell lipstick from when I was a kidlet – does anyone else remember those? It’s a scent that’s hard to describe, but boy does it make me nostalgic.
“Millionaire Mouth”
TFB and crew are all about making their products 100% vegan, cruelty-free, paraben-free, GMO-free, and sans the chemicals and toxic preservatives found in conventional makeup. They don’t even go out of their way to brag about it either. They’re just doing the right thing, and it seriously makes my heart happy.
OK, swatchy-swatch time! There are so many classic and vibrant shades of pink, purple, and red – it’s hard to pick faves.

- Vintage Vices – cool, pastel pink
- Hush Money – pale cinnamon
- Try to Be Nice – lilac
- Something Witty – bright, cool pink (very Barbie-esque)
- Obnoxious Request – raspberry red
- Off the Record – ’90s pink
- On Trend – hot pink (one of my personal faves as it matches my hair)
- Millionaire Mouth – cherry red (classic pin-up girl red)
- Lie to Me – dark deep purple
